As a Praxis client, our Praxis Managed Care Team is standing by to receive your support request:

  1. You have options Request support by calling our live Managed Care Team at (856) 679-2256, sending an email to or by submitting a support request via our online center.
  2. Your Managed Care team member will create a service ticket allowing you to efficiently track the progress of your support request. If your request came in digitally, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your request for your records.
  3. Praxis team members will do everything possible to provide “first call resolution” for your service issue. However, this is not always possible. When follow-up is required, you will receive information about the resource assigned to your request.
  4. Tickets are escalated to the appropriate resource and our managed care representatives will ensure that you stay informed each step of the way.

Making the service and project process transparent is just one of the ways that Praxis strives to create a truly customer-centric atmosphere. We have found that clients are much more comfortable with the service process when they feel included in each step–and are kept informed of the status of their request at all times, so that is our stated goal.
